Installing QIIME

If you have initiated a STAR Cluster on AWS, you can proceed with the installation steps outlined in the Linux section.

Note on Cluster Installation

If you are using QIIME on a high performance cluster network, you must consult your cluster admins for a proper QIIME installation. The following guides will not properly install QIIME on a high performance network.
